Colton Ward

Chairman of the Board/Executive Director

Colton works in the renewable energy sector at Aderis Energy and spearheaded CLIC’s initial project, energizing the hospital for the Gunchukwa tribe of the Sierra Nevadas. He enjoys watching his wife DJ and lives in Charlotte, NC.

Will Johnson

Co-Founder of CLIC, Secretary & Treasurer

Will works at SCENA Technologies providing digital twin 3D modeling, drone, and video assets for clients in the Charlotte-metro area and throughout the Southeast US. As a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill in Journalism and Business, he’s ready to document and showcase our CLIC projects in all kinds of perspectives.

Benjamin Knobel

Project Ambassador - Leticia School Project

Benjamin is an Ex-Professional Athlete turned wildlife photographer and conservationist. He is also a freelance videographer for The Wild Immersion, a company dedicated to spreading awareness on conservation to future generations. Benjamin is affiliated with several NGO’s and is the director of CLIC, an NGO providing and installing solar power for indigenous tribes in Colombia.

Will Noel

Will is a Managing Partner at Elkhorn Group, a real estate investment firm. At Elkhorn, Will leads operations and corporate strategy, carrying out acquisitions, capital formation, and portfolio management. Prior to Elkhorn, Will worked as a developer in residential real estate and was a partner at Pacific Biofuel, a renewable energy company. Will received his Bachelors Degree in Business from Washington and Lee University, in Lexington, Virginia.

Razeen Ahmed

Razeen is a Co-Founder of Kolzai, a company focused on sustainable ventures and the ethical deployment of Machine Learning / AI solutions.

Prior to founding Kolzai, Razeen worked in the Renewable Energy sector as a technical and strategic consultant. He was the Hydrogen Lead for the Worley Group’s operations in the EMEA region, which included leading the Project Implementation workstream on the design of the world’s largest Zero-Liquid Discharge Desalination Plant in NEOM.

A published researcher, Razeen holds an Environmental Engineering degree from the University of New South Wales, and co-operative research scholarships from Stanford University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
